Healing Thru Change

A virtual grief support group for women experiencing grief related to major life changes and personal losses that are not always connected to death.

Grief can occur when we experience separation or divorce, illness, job loss, family estrangement, retirement, aging, health issues, relocation, loss of identity, faith or religious trauma, or other significant transitions that deeply affect emotional well-being.

This group offers a safe, compassionate environment where participants can learn about grieving life losses, share experiences, process emotions, and find encouragement among others facing similar challenges. Through education, discussion, reflection, and mutual support, members are reminded that grief connected to life changes is real, valid, deserves care, kindness, and understanding.

Together we will find practical tools to navigate change, rebuild resilience, and move toward healing while honoring the losses you have experienced.
