HEALING THRU CHANGE GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP

A virtual grief support group that focuses on providing safe space for women experiencing grief related to major life changes and personal losses that are not always connected to death. Grief can occur when we experience separation or divorce, illness, job loss, family estrangement, retirement, aging, health issues, relocation, loss of identity, faith or religious trauma, or other significant transitions that deeply affect emotional well-being. Together we will find practical tools to navigate change, rebuild resilience, and move toward healing while honoring the losses you have experienced. We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6 pm. This support group is not therapy and does not replace grief counseling. Click here to register. Free.

GRIEF CLUB for PARENTS – BREAKFAST/BRUNCH

A monthly social gathering the 1st Saturday of each month at 11 am at a local restaurant for parents who have experienced the death of their child. This is not a support group but rather designed to encourage friendship and community with others who “get it.” Participants are responsible for the cost of their meal. Adults only.
